Indigenous Peoples Day

As the times turns backwards, this month’s radio show hosted by Josh Shurley with his guest(s), Roman Rain Tree and Jamie Nelson. Both are local indigenous activist who have been very active in issues such as removing the Fresno High mascot and changing the name of Squaw Valley. It has been 77 years since the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and no American President has offered an apology. Still there are those who cried that the bombs were needed to end the war but that has been proven otherwise; the Japanese Emperor had already agreed to surrender. Even the American Military Joint Chiefs of staff had believed that bombing of innocent civilians was wrong. There were no military installations nor bases at either city since the military wanted to see the total devastation the bomb would made.
